Refund policy

Typeware R&D is ongoing. Engineering efforts may result in modifications compared to the device as depicted here. This may affect the final specs and launch price. (For instance: the images show a strap where most likely a clamp will be used, as seen in the video's found from the Technology section of this site). Upon shipment, each customer will receive updated product information and will receive the opportunity to either confirm or revert the order (with refund). A postponed shipment date, a changed product price or higher shipment cost, changed specifications, are all considered valid reasons for a refund. 

Use of funds - Funds received from pre-orders will be securely held in a separate bank account and will not be used for product development.

Returns - Pre-order deposits are refundable for 1 week, then become non-refundable until just prior to delivery.
